Meet Rola Arnaous

Who is Rola?

Rola Arnous is a Special Education Specialist dedicated to creating learning environments that support the diverse abilities of children and promote their growth. She collaborates with educational institutions, assists parents and teachers, and provides psychoeducational evaluations, clinical interventions, and curriculum modifications tailored to meet the unique needs of students with particular challenges.

To customize learning programs for each child, Rola develops Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracks student progress, and conducts screening tests. In her roles as a consultant for the Early Childhood Education Department (UNRWA) and a local elementary school, she ensures that students can attend regular classes while receiving the appropriate support, often with the assistance of teacher aides. Rola has also worked as an educational assessor for schools and the Ministry of Education, and she currently runs a diagnostic and pre-counseling clinic outside of schools. Additionally, she is involved in diagnostic assessments and educational therapy at QUN Clinics.

Beyond her work with students, Rola facilitates teacher workshops to help integrate special education students into their classrooms. Her creative thinking, excellent organizational skills, and collaborative spirit make her an exceptional team player. Rola has developed outstanding communication skills and is deeply committed to empowering every learner through her interactions with parents, teachers, specialists, and, most importantly, her students.
